Monica has a passion to help organizations to get the best from their employees whether it is through workshops, wellness initiatives to delivering leadership programs. Monica has over 17 years of corporate experienced gained from the Financial Services industry and Big Four Consulting firms as a Programme and Project Manager.
During her career, Monica has gained insight and experience of business transformation and project delivery across a variety of projects and global locations. She believes in the people-centric organization and creates programs and initiatives focusing on “leading with awareness”, “the conscious team” and ‘the mindful organization”.
Whether it is a large-scale organizational change, the roll-out of new systems and processes or global shifts, she believes that companies must consider the impact on their people and this is a change required at the grassroots and leadership levels.

Monica has designed, developed and delivered learning programs and workshops across many organizations and industries which range from financial services, payments, law firms and more. Some of the recent programs Monica has run have resulted in a high success rate where 50% of the groups were promoted as a result of the programs and the impacts they made.
