Helen is a Senior Learning and Development Professional, specialising in the design and delivery of programmes (virtual and non virtual), and administering psychometric assessments. Helen possesses over 20 years of successful training, development, talent management, strategy and customer-centricity experience and ten years of people assessment, development, and coaching experience.
Helen specialises in Leadership skills, People Development, Change Management, Training and Presentation Skills, Business Writing, and Customer Experience. Helen focuses on quality, yet balances this with an approachable and engaging style.
Experience
Helen has experience working with clients in a variety of industries including but not limited to Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Tourism. Helen has designed and conducted competency-based assessment centres for the selection and promotion of Managers, Supervisors and Trainers. This involved providing constructive feedback, coaching and support with development plans.
Previously, Helen was a Senior Manager in a multinational organisation where she was accountable for the effective induction, management, development, and motivation of 9000 employees. Helen’s experience included the setup, growth, and development of several training functions where she managed in-house and third-party training.
Helen was an assessor for the ILM Certificate in Training qualification and an active member of Induction and Mentoring Programmes for UAE Nationals. Passionate about supporting people to grow and develop, Helen continues to mentor others voluntarily.
